    Request Help - NOT WORKING

    Each time I try to request help, I receive error message "WARNING Something wrong with network, please try again!" Have tried several days, still the same problem. Just upgraded to Version 7, NOT happy that I can not ask for help. Why do I have to enter my login each time the program starts? Still holding on to my Acrobat Pro 9 if they can't fix the problem.
  3. I cannot edit the document, because all the menu options at the top of the page are grayed out. They are all unclickable. Help! FORM_W4_2019.pdf
