    Upgrade to Pro Not working

    Hello I recently purchased PDF Element for Mac. After some use I decided to upgrade to Pro. After selecting "upgrade" from the start screen, it takes me to a webpage where I have to enter the email associated to the account. However, after entering the email, nothing happens. I've tried with several browsers (Chrome. Safari and Firefox). Can you please help me? Thanks.
