GeoFiggy 0 Posted December 3, 2017 HI on attempting to combine files in Ver 5.12.1 I keep getting the following error message: " File(s) Fails to be loaded" when either Drag and Drop OR "Add" on browse. It used to work before but now it does not. Any ideas?
GeoFiggy 0 Posted December 3, 2017 Sorry, just found the solution in the Forum. Moved my files to the desktop which has a less complex path and it worked. Please disregard this request for help. Thanks

krebspj 0 Posted May 1, 2018 Hi, May 1, 2018 I have PDF element 6 Pro. Combining PDF files used to work fine for me, now it doesn't work. I did try moving the files I want to combine to the desktop but when I drag them them they get blocked with a circle with a slash through it. Please help me resolve this. Thankyou, Phil
Rebecca 31 Posted May 1, 2018 Hi Phil, I am unable to recreate your issue. What version are you using? And are you on Windows or Mac? Best, Rebecca

First thing I did was combine 2 files, and got the same error message "failed to load". All my files are on Google drive.

Hi Trish, Are all the files on your local system or are they on a network drive (Previewed from Google Drive)? Unfortunately, we currently don't have support to select/open PDF documents stored online.
