Question about embedding

Recommended Posts

Hi Susie,

eSign+ allows you to add the signature fields in the PDF document and you can send the PDF document to others to sign. When others open the document online, they can click the signature field in the document to sign directly. And the signed PDF document will be sent back to your eSign+ account automatically. You are welcome to create a free account to have a test directly:

Thanks

Yes, I’m aware of how the software works but my Real Estate Commission will

only allow the use of programs which

embed the signature in the document so they cannot be altered. Does Esign+ do this?

Hey Susie,

You can either sign in eSign+ or directly in PDFelement. We can prevent changes from being made to the signature by locking the document and prevent other viewers from altering the document by putting a password (so that you're the only one who can edit).

I have attached a file with "signatures". The password is "password" so that you can see how the document looks from both ends. ipsumpassword.pdf

How to lock documents on Mac:

You can tick the second box to target the editing of the document. Don't forget to set a password!

The document won't be locked until you save it.

Let me know if this works for you!

Best,

Rebecca
