National Check Resolution Inc 0 Posted January 10, 2018 I am a new customer to eSign and I am having a problem. I have no problem uploading my document and sending the document to be sent. My problem is that I can not download the signed document to print it for my records. When we view the document and select Download we receive an error stating the Page Is Not Found. My IT department researched my problem and stated it is coming from the esign site and not an issue with our internet. If the forms can not be downloaded, then this program will not work for me. Please advise if the forms can be downloaded and how this problem can be fixed.
Terry Prince 0 Posted January 10, 2018 I am a new user and have the exact same problem. Is there even a tech support service or this product? Or do they just rely on the users to also provide tech answers??
chris rowe 0 Posted January 10, 2018 I have used this product 25 times. Today i get the following message: This site can’t be reached esign-ws-com.oss-us-west-1-internal.aliyuncs.com took too long to respond. Try: Checking the connection Checking the proxy and the firewall Running Windows Network Diagnostics ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT I cannot download an executed file . You have got til end of business today to solve or I am going to docusign. This is the only format I have found to air my question hopefully the powers that be will read and answer. Internet is fine, network diagnostics was fine.
National Check Resolution Inc 0 Posted January 10, 2018 (edited) My IT department tried all of that and said the issue wasn't on our side that is was the esign website not allowing me to download the document. I have the same problem using different computers in and out of my office. The problem is with the esign website.
