frozen update

When opening pdfelement the other day, the option to download the latest version was brought to my attention. I bought the full version of pdfelement, just days before this. I've now had the update stuck at 98% finished ever since. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the program. I've sat around today for an hour and it's still at 98%. Can someone either help me out or refund my money already. I've tried call the customer care number in China and that has gotten me nowhere. I can't operate like this any longer.

Hey Van Damme, 

What is the latest version that you are trying to install? And are you able to use the program even if you aren't able to install the latest version?

The version displayed is 6.8.1.3623. I even went into properties and tried to install the previous edition, which it says it did. I can open up the program from the icon and import information into the program, but when using my email, and trying to open an attachment, it defaults to a screen that says "Installing, please wait (98% finished.)", and never actually finishes installing.
