Blur individual lines in gridless form or areas of image

Question

I had to use a combination of Word, Gimp and PDF Element in order to make this happen. The necessity arose when a biller requested copies of my bank statements proving that they had withdrawn my payment every month. I wanted to provide the entirety of each statement, but blur out only very specific information (i.e. all irrelevant payees, dates and amounts).  I found a couple of short web references of how to do what I wanted, but it took manual integration of a few components in order to accomplish the final output.  It would be wonderful if this could be a simple click -> highlight -> click type simplicity in your very outstanding PDF Element product.  I love this software package very much and am thankful to you for providing it!  IMHO, I speculate it would be quickest, easiest and most cost effective for you to simply integrate with certain components of the Gimp public domain software API, then just have the users install GIMP and restart PDF Element to make the necessary library connections. Just my $0.02.
