OCR function does not work

After updating PDF Element 6 PRO from Mac App Store, the OCR function does not work. When installing components indicates the inability to connect to the server. Please, help.

But, my purchase of PDFElement Pro6 from Mac App Store. The full version of the link requires payment or registration. How to be in this case?

Hi Dmitry,

How about giving you a new license for the program so that you can download the program from the link above? Will  this be working for you?

Did you all buy from the Apple App store/other third party?

If yes, please shoot pdfelement@wondershare.com an email with the following information for assistance with a new license: 

  • Proof of purchase from third party vendor (eg. invoice) 
  • A link to this thread. 

If not, you can try the following download links. These include the OCR in the installation package:

An update: The development team has let me know that they've uploaded a new package onto the Apple Store. Re-downloading that should fix the problem!
