Upgrade to Pro registration not working

Hello, 

Today I purchased the PDFElement basic product for the Mac and decided to take advantage of the upgrade pricing to purchase the upgrade to Pro.

While the standard product registration worked like a charm, the Pro product registration has failed. 

Is there some special process i need to follow to complete this?

Hello Nick,

I bet it is because the license code does not come into effect shortly after the automatic confirmation email which includes the license code has been sent to you.

I bet it shall be working now.  Please let me know if it doesn't.
