update wiped out everything!

When I updated the PDFelement 6 Pro, all PDFs saved on my computer changed to be saved as a PDF you have to get to using internet EXPLORER!? (The have the e symbol instead of wondershare's logo.) They won't open in the PDFelement wondershare format like they originally did! I can't use ANY of the features my boss paid for. This is super frustrating when I have stuff that needs done yesterday and getting help from the support center is impossible, because it's automated. I uninstalled the PDFelement 6 Pro program and reinstalled it, but it didn't help. Help!

Hi Shelly,

I am sorry if the default PDF viewer change to EXPLORER after updating our program. 

My suggestion is to change the default PDF viewer program to PDFelement manually. Here is the guide about how to set the default PDF program: http://support.wondershare.com/how-tos/i-want-to-change-all-the-pdf-file-icons-back-to-its-original-way-i-do-not-want-your-program-to-be-my-default-pdf-opening-program.html
