DATA EXTRACTION FROM PDF TO EXCEL

Recommended Posts

I bought the program because we have suppliers that send price list in PDF and we need to type every single price and supplier product code, I have spent all day long trying to get the data and I couldn't make it...How can I get accurate pricing data ... as market changes so fast, lots of work!

In the other hand once I could retrieve some fields by marking price by price, this ones appear in rows, how can i get that in a vertical column?

Thanks in advance!!😁

Hi Javier,

My apologies for the delayed response due to the New Year holiday.

I bet you have found out this, to extract data from PDF relied on manually mark the areas for extracting data from.

The reason why the data being exported to Excel is in rows is that we suppose that this feature is used for batch process. If you would like it to bee in a vertical column, you can Google the method of converting rows to columns in Excel to get the guidance.

Thanks for your understanding and support.
