Dropdown entries not visible

Hi there,

 

I have created a document that includes dropdown menus my clients can choose options from. They can choose, save the file and send it back to me. But once I try to open it with Adobe, I cannot see the entries. I also experience occasional problem when I add new forms or menus and send them to a client. Sometimes, all they see are half empty boxes or no text and only the dropdown menus.

Unfortunately, I have not found any particular reason why or really know the frequency of that happening.

I am using Win OS and pdfelements version 6.8.7.

Attached is an example, I send it to another PC, filled out some things and sent it back to my work PC. I see no entries.

Hi Daniel,

I downloaded your PDF and opened it with Adobe Acrobat DC. It turned out that all form fields are displaying they should have been. Please see screenshot below:

So would you mind investigating further on your side or telling us the exact name and version of Adobe that you are using?
