unable to preview pdfelement files on Windows/Outlook 2016

I have the latest updated of PDFelement Pro 7 on my laptop and I run Windows 10. In documents and Outlook 2016, the file preview function is inactive. How could I fix this? Should i download again Pro 7? Or just the preview function?

I am afraid that our program does not support to preview on Windows/Outlook. Honor your understanding.
