Request Help - NOT WORKING

Each time I try to request help, I receive error message "WARNING Something wrong with network, please try again!"

Have tried several days, still the same problem.

Just upgraded to Version 7, NOT happy that I can not ask for help. Why do I have to enter my login each time the program starts?

Still holding on to my Acrobat Pro 9 if they can't fix the problem.

Used a different browser and was able to send in a help request. (Will not work with Firefox). Received a reply from support, had me download a new copy of PDFelement. Still does not retain the login info.  Have to enter login each time the program starts. Please fix this problem.
