Print in wrong Orientation

Recommended Posts

Documents that are landscape and print preview in landscape print in portrait orientation. You must change the orientation in the print dialog box in order for it to print in the proper orientation. MAC version.

For better assistance, can you send us your PDF file where you encounter this problem? Can you also take a screenshot to show us the error so that we can have a test on our side?

There is not error to share. It is correct orientation in the print preview window (landscape) but when it prints it is portrait.

I have the same issue  when I have a portrait PDF, and then add/attach a landscape PDF onto it, they both print in portrait. The window shows both orientations, but the print only shows the first one.

Good luck getting this resolved, they refuse to understand or recognize the issue. I tried to get a refund and they stiffed me. $100 down the drain, POS software and POS company.
